Creativity Courses

As defined in the APA American Psychology Association dictionary, creativity is the mental process leading to a new invention, solution, or synthesis in any area.

A creative solution may use pre-existing elements (e.g., objects, ideas) but creates a new relationship between them.

Products of creative thinking include, for example, social ideas, scientific theories, and artistic works.

According to the artist Henri Matisse,“Creativity takes courage”, to express yourself despite worries about people’s reactions, to trust in your intuition, to make decisions, to engage with something meaningful to you, to experience a sense of freedom.
